1. Apply generously to the face, neck, and décolleté before sunbathing.
2. If you do not apply enough cream, your skin will be significantly less protected from the sun.
3. Reapply at least every two hours, especially if sweating, after swimming, or after towel drying. Excessive sunbathing is harmful to health. Do not stay in the sun too long and avoid sunbathing during peak hours when the sun is strongest.
