Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by you, the customer. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy. Please be aware that this only applies to unopened, complete, and unused items. Exceptions apply to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
For returns of already paid items, we will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed.
Note: Credits are only granted for complete returns. This includes the following items:
- Exclusive free gifts (goodies) that are offered with certain products, as they are explicitly
tied to the purchase of a specific product. - Free gifts that are given with purchases over a certain value (if the required purchase
value is no longer met due to the return).
If these items are missing from the return, they will either be charged to you or deducted from the refund amount. Product samples included in the package are, of course, exempt from this rule and may be kept in any case.
How do I return goods?
1. Did you place your order with us as a logged-in, registered customer or as a guest?
You have the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Premiery Cosmetics GmbH, Lichtentaler Str. 7, 76530, Phone: 072213756428, Email: info@tresorclinic.de) of your decision to revoke the contract by means of a clear declaration. This declaration can be made, for example, in writing or by email.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

2. Download the return slip and fill it out.
Please include the completed return slip with your return. You can download the return slip below: To the return slip.
Please note that the procedure described above is merely a friendly request and is not mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal.
In the next step, pack the item in its original packaging along with the completed return slip in a shipping box. Then attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure that the previous label is either completely removed or covered with the return label.
