Hyperseborrhea is caused by a significant increase in testosterone levels in the body. This excessive sebum production leads to hypertrophy of the sebaceous glands and the enlargement of pores, causing the skin to appear shiny. The areas most affected are those rich in sebaceous glands, such as the “T-zone” of the face (forehead, nose, chin).

1. Apply to the face, neck, and décolleté.
2. Avoid the eye area.
3. Leave on for 15 minutes.
4. Foam up with cold water and remove with moistened cotton pads.
